四月房市买卖双方均活跃
大温地产局最新统计报告显示，2014年4月房屋销量为3050套，比去年同期增加了16.1%，比今年3月增加了15.5%。但比过去十年平均值减少5.2%。目前售挂比例为19.7%，为2011年6月以来最高值。
大温地区2014年4月MLS指标均价为$619,000，同比增长3.6%。其中：
- 独立屋销量为1336套，比去年同期增加了25.6%。均价为$956,700，同期比增长4.7%。
- 公寓销量为1172套，比去年同期增加了11.4%。均价为$375,500，同比增长2.6%。
- 连体屋销量为542套，比去年同期增加了6.1%，均价为$464,400，同比增长2.0%。
